Reflection time / return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.
Accidentally passed on a wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
Delivery time and shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 5:00 pm on the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices include shipping costs.
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of Post.nl. In general, it takes 1 to 3 days for the order to arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday cannot be shipped until Monday.
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https: // www. webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
